Did the police follow procedures?

After the fatal shooting of the 15 -yr-old schoolboy in Shah Alam,finger pointing has taken place.Did the police follow procedures?Why was the boy shot when he was only a minor and not a robber?It was a big questionmark and Malaysians want to know what had gone wrong with the system.

According to police,the boy's car boot was having a parang and when they suspected that he was a robber they gave chase.The boy then panicked, reversed his car and fled with his accomplish.Police fired a shot when they noticed that the driver of the car did not surrender and kept driving dangerously towards them.The shot penetrated thru' his skull and his car was badly damaged after colliding a tree and landed on the drain.His friend fled from the car and ran as fast as he could to his house.He narrated the incident to his parents and also the deceased mother.

The family of the deceased boy was perturbed by the strange tragedy and they wanted answer from the police.Why did the police wanted to kill a young boy of 15 years?How could our son be a robber when he is just a school boy?
